Our Journey
The seeds of our journey were planted in 1999 when one of our founders ventured into the Vietnamese culinary world alongside his mother by opening Little Saigon Cuisine restaurant in Times Square, New York City. This experience ignited a fervent passion for the culinary arts and a bold vision to elevate Vietnamese cuisine on a grand scale.
